At Jydepejsen Denmark A/S, we give high priority to data security and confidentiality. This privacy policy sets out clear guidelines for Jydepejsen Denmark’s way of processing your personal data. The following describes how we use the personal information that you leave and / or provide when you visit our website, as well as when using the various services on our website.

 

These guidelines have been prepared from the EU Data Protection Regulation, which takes effect in Denmark from May 25th, 2018, as well as the new Danish Data Protection Act, which complements the data protection regulations and the current Personal Data Act (collective “applicable legislation”).   1. What personal information do we collect and for what purposes?

    . When you visit the website, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the website, such as what kind of browser you use, which search criteria you use on the website, your IP address, including your network location, and information about your computer.

 2.1.1. The purpose is to optimize the user experience and website functionality, as well as targeted marketing, including re-targeting via Facebook and Google. This processing of information is necessary in order for us to take care of our interests in improving the website, collecting statistics for optimizing the website and showing you relevant offers.

2.2 When communicating with us on the website, we collect the information you provide, eg name, company, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and information about the IP address from which the inquiry was made.

2.2.1. The purpose is that we can contact you by mail or phone in regards to your request.

 

2.3. On the website you have the opportunity to sign up for the receipt of newsletters. When you sign up for our newsletter, you will be asked to provide email and accept to receive newsletters from us.

2.3.1. The purpose is to manage our interest in sending newsletters and to be able to target our marketing. You can unsubscribe from receiving these newsletters at any time. You can do this via a link in previously posted newsletters or ask Jydepejsen Denmark A/S to unsubscribe you.

 

  1. Handover to data servers
    The personal information we collect about you in connection with product purchase of Jydepejsen Denmark A/S or visit the website will be used primarily for general customer management. Including, for example, the fulfillment of the purchase agreement you entered with Jydepejsen Denmark A/S and the transmission of invoice information will not, in principle, be disclosed to third parties.

3.1 Information may, however, be left to external collaborators who process the information on our behalf. We use external partners to include technical operations and website improvements, as well as targeted marketing, including re-targeting. Some of these collaborators are data administrators and some are data administrators. All partners must comply with legal requirements for processing personal data.

 

3.2 Two of these data providers, Google Analytics v/ Google LLC. And Facebook Inc. are established in the United States. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the United States are secured through the data processor’s certification under the EU-US. Privacy Shield, cf.     We will delete your personal information when we no longer need to process them for the fulfillment of one or more of the purposes set out in section 2. However, the information may be processed and stored in anonymous form
